Courtney, founder of Vytal Movement, grew up in Perth, WA. Courtney has always been surrounded by sport. From an early age, she experienced the power of community, teamwork, and belonging that comes with being active. A move to Brisbane for her corporate career tested her resilience, finding strength in boxing, building friendships, and embracing a lifestyle where movement became her foundation for mental, physical, and professional growth.

Through Vytal Movement, she channels her journey of transformation into a community that celebrates movement, mindset, and strength. Courtney’s vision is simple: to inspire people to move, connect, and thrive together.
