Returns & Exchanges

How long do I have to return my item?

You have 15 days from the date your order was received to lodge your return in our Returns Portal and send it back. During peak sale periods, this is extended to 28 days for refunds and exchanges.

What condition does my item need to be in?

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from odours, blemishes, marks, or pet/human hair

  • In impeccable condition, with all original tags attached
    Items that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Can I return sale items?
No — all sale or final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

How do I start a return?
Please lodge your return request via our Returns Portal. Once approved, you’ll receive next steps.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or item, return your original and place a new order.


Orders & Shipping

Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide only. We’re working towards international shipping in the future.

When will my order ship?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

How much is shipping?

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD

  • Shipping for orders under $150 is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
    Shipping time may vary during holidays, sale periods, or extreme weather.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast — so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. Email us at info@vytalmovement.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.
