Refund & Returns Policy

We get it—sometimes things don’t work out.

At VYTAL, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we offer returns on eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be lodged through our returns portal and shipped within 15 days from the date your order was received.

• Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be cancelled.

• During peak sale periods, this return window is extended to 28 days for both refunds and exchanges.

Returned items must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and in impeccable condition

• Be free from odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear, or animal/human hair

• Have all original tags attached

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

What can’t be returned?

• Items marked as Sale or Final Sale

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

• Items returned outside the return window

• Gift cards

How to return your item

1. Lodge your return through our Returns Portal within the return window.

2. Repackage your item securely.

3. Ship it back using your preferred courier.

4. Once received and approved, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless your item is faulty or incorrect).

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Received something that’s not quite right? We're sorry!
Email us at info@vytalmovement.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly.
